Assemble side table

Linde Freya Tangelder is a Brussels-based conceptual designer who founded her design studio Destroyers/Builders in 2015.
As her name suggests, Tangelder deconstructs design to reconstruct her own visual language.
Zooming in on basic architectural forms and materials and translating them into minimalist designs, she gives neglected objects the attention they deserve.

The aluminum side table is part of the Assemble collection designed by destroyers/builders.
It is inspired by patinated pebbles, frosted glass or the remains of a small bar of soap.
The result is an essential object, a fine example of the designer's preference for contours inspired by organic architecture.
