1. PAYMENT

You can place your order over the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All payments are done by credit card. Once the credit card has been selected, you can proceed with the payment of your order on the secured website which will firmly and definitively formalise the sales contract linking you to chic cham.

An e-mail is sent to you as confirmation of the order as long as there is no error in the e-mail address you have indicated on the registration form. A second e-mail is sent to you once your order has been sent off.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery areas

You can choose to have delivery carried out to any place you wish: to your home, your work place, where you are on holiday, friends’ house….

Geographic delivery area of the CHIC CHAM shop offer is the following: Switzerland and Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom/Great Britain.

Delivery costs and time periods

Orders done online via the www.chiccham.com website are handled daily from Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays, from 9am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 5 pm. We do our very best to handle and send out the same day all orders placed before 11am, notwithstanding the handling and preparation time of an order can be extended according to the items and may last 1 or 2 working days. You can take into account the time periods for the transporters indicated here below upon receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail. In the case of an order which involves one or several products which are not available in addition to one or several products available, an initial dispatch will be done using those products available, a second as from receipt of the missing items in stock. Dispatch costs will only be invoiced once (except for customized rugs, sale and VINTAGE furniture).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of place of delivery, weight and total volume of the articles ordered so as to ensure you the fairest possible cost.

A. Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Prices indicated are expressed in Swiss Francs. They include VAT, and exclude other taxes which should be paid for by the purchaser. Chiccham S.A. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Chiccham SA invoices for any order a share in the dispatch costs as follows:

9 Swiss Francs (nine Swiss Francs) up to 2kg

11 Swiss Francs (eleven Swiss Francs) up to 5kg

12 Swiss Francs (twelve Swiss Francs) up to 10kg

No shipping cost is invoiced in respect of an order of more than an amount of 150 Swiss Francs (one hundred  and fifty Swiss Francs), with the exception of made to measure carpets. Delivery is carried out by recorded delivery Swiss post. The time period is 3-5 days as from the sending of the e-mail confirming dispatch of the goods.

In the event of delivery of your order in several batches, we shall only invoice dispatch costs once.

VINTAGE FURNITURE: to be tqken directly in our show-room or 90 CHF for delivery throughout Switzerland.

B. France

Prices indicated are expressed in Euros. They include VAT but exclude all other taxes which should be paid by the purchaser. Chiccham S.A.R.L reserves the right to modify its prices at all times namely on the basis of the monthly change in gas oil tax.

C. Europe (except for France, ref. point B here above)

Prices indicated are expressed in Euros. They include VAT but exclude shipping costs and any other tax which should be paid for by the purchaser. Chiccham S.A.R.L reserves the right to modify its prices at all times, namely on the basis of the monthly change in gas oil tax.
